I have already working as Java developer for 10 years and I am still not sure what kind of career path suit me. What should I do?
I got this question and similar kind of questions every week. Finally I decided to give a space on my blog as I know that it's quite normal nowadays. This is also important for freshers as well as they are also seeking a wonderful career in IT.
It's seems like people are confused about their future endeavors. Actually it's a very simple thing and quite obvious as well. They need to ask some questions themselves and need to figure out the problem and these question are here:
What exactly you like while doing your work?
What you think when a new work/job/task is offered to you? How do you take it positive to make the things better?
What is your purpose of choosing Java or career in IT industry.
Some tips
Don't run towards the money?
Don't run towards the big companies and higher level job posts.
Just be there where you want to live happily.
Try to improve yourself everyday by making a promise that each I have to learn at least one new thing.
Work for your passion.
